Experience and Accreditation:

Active Business International is a leading certification body internationally accredited by “United Accreditation Forum-UAF”, UAF is internationally recognized by having a signatory status across multilateral recognition arrangement of International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and mutual recognition arrangements of Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC), based in 400 North Center DR, STE 202, Norfolk, VA 23502, (Virginia) America.

The International Accreditation Forum (IAF) www.iaf.nu  is a worldwide association of accreditation bodies and other bodies interested in conformity assessment in the fields of management systems, products, processes, services, personnel, Validation and verification as well as other similar programs of assessment of conformity. Its primary purpose is to allow businesses to meet their safety issues by creating single worldwide programs for conformity assessment to guarantee the reliability and validation of certified confirmations and certification statements.

UAF signed Mutual Recognition arrangement (MRA) with Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation on 29 April 2022. APAC is the regional partnership for the Asia Pacific region and recognized by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC). APAC plays a major role in managing and expanding a mutual recognition arrangement (MRA) among accreditation bodies in the Asia Pacific region. The MRA facilitates the accreditation of testing labs by providing a common set of principles.

The MRA facilitates the acceptance of conformity assessment results (such as test results, test certificates, inspection reports, and licenses) across its region and with other regions around the world. Conformity assessment results that are produced by conformity assessment bodies (CABs) that have been accredited by one APAC MRA signatory are accepted by all other signatories of the MRA. This mutual recognition and acceptance of conformity assessment results helps to reduce the need to repeat inspection or testing, leading to faster, more efficient operation at lower cost. These efficiencies can, in turn, facilitate international trade.
